Our Journey so far...
We used to be called Vitality Hub, which started in April 2018, working towards helping people with chronic health conditions. We started to notice that many of the people we were working with were over 65 and decided to mainly focus on people who were classified as older adults. Did you know more than 65% of older adults have at least one chronic health condition. Over the past years we have been working on drastically improving access to suitable exercise services for older adults and people with chronic health conditions. Since the pandemic we have been approached by mental health services across the UK and have also been working with people recovering from mental health challenges, particularly in the NHS and organisations focused on addiction recover and rehabilitation after serious crimes. Many of the people on thier recovery journey have neglected thier physical health for many years and as a result have developed a variety of health conditions. We have now re-branded to exercise for older adults and also have a sister company called Mature Movers which makes finding and accessing the most appropriate exercise classes quick and easy, Go and check it out!
