Happy and healthy is my mantra for you all. Keeping fit and well has to be fun, and it has to fit each person. Offering something accessible to every person I work with is key to my approach. I teach seated and gentle mindful classes to a broad range of society including seniors, adults and these include specialist sessions for those with a wide variety of physical, mental health conditions and/or particular educational and behavioural needs. I am keen on keeping constantly up to date with new research and furthering my professional development. The brain, the body and the breath are an integral unit and each part of these needs our attention. I also love that I learn something different from each person I work with.

Toni C.
West London
I’ve been training since I was 16, I remember it very clearly, my dad was very sick and in hospital a lot over the period of 8 months and I had gained a lot of weight due to him not being home and cooking fresh meals. I was snacking and eating lots of rubbish because I was clueless about food. I brought myself a cross trainer for my room and that’s where it all started. I’ve tried and enjoyed many different types of exercises for example, HIIT, weights, playing sports ie netball/swimming/gymnastics, even completed a marathon! So i have had my own personal experience with many different forms of exercise which I feel gives me even more knowledge to help others than just getting a qualification.

I am a group exercise instructor who specialises in aquatic fitness and chair based sessions. I believe that exercise should be fun and, for me, there is no better sound than a class laughing together. I have been a volunteer artistic swimming coach for over fifteen years and can often be found sewing sequins onto swimming costumes.
